Where do you source your products?
We've done our research to find the best suppliers we can for quality and affordability and we’re proud to say that at least 95% of our products are sourced in New Zealand. If you’ve got a great sustainable product that you’d like to feature on our site, we’d love to hear from you. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What packaging do you use in your boxes?
The filling in our boxes is made from shredded brown paper grocery bags sustainably sourced from within our community.
How should I dispose of the packaging?
Paper filling can be reused, recycled or composted in the garden. Our boxes can be broken down and reused or recycled in the same way.
We’ll always have some individual items for sale on the website but the aim of The Eco Collective is to provide a range of products so you can give one area of your home or lifestyle an eco makeover.
It says individual items do not come in gift boxes but I’d like to order individual product(s) as a gift, can I do that?

Why do I have to wait up to 14 days for delivery?
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are happy to ship boxes overseas. Shipping fees for these boxes will need to be worked out on an individual basis. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know where you would like to send your items.
