Subscription Terms and Conditions
If you choose to purchase a subscription, your first payment will take place at the time of sign up. Subsequent payments will be charged on the anniversary date of your sign up (or nearest working day) each month thereafter.
If the cut-off date for the current box has passed (usually the 25th) you will not receive your first delivery until the next month’s boxes are sent (on the 1st of the month). This delivery will count as your first purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you choose to cancel your subscription after the monthly order cut-off date but before delivery of that order, you will be charged for payment of that box and your subscription cancelled immediately afterwards.
You can login to manage your subscription at any time.
Availability and Supply
All orders are subject to the availability of the advertised products.
If for any reason a product becomes unavailable, we will endeavour to notify the non-availability on our online shop and via electronic direct mail at the earliest possible notice.
Shipping and Delivery
Prices for goods and services stated on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges except where stated otherwise.
We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that orders for tangible goods will be dispatched within the stated timeframe but are not responsible for any non-delivery due to weather/courier issues.
Refunds and Exchanges
Should you not be satisfied with your box for any reason, please contact us within 10 working days of receiving to organise return.
You will be provided with a full refund on return of the total box to us in it's original and unused state.
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
If purchased on subscription, the portion of the subscription paid for that box will be credited to your account and your subscription cancelled if you wish it to be so.
Individual items may be replaced if found faulty or damaged upon proof of condition or upon proof that the box or items were not fit for purpose.
If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of any Goods and Services Tax ("GST") unless stated to be otherwise.
All prices are correct when published.
We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
An invoice will be emailed to you at the email address you supply when you place your order. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are correct.
Credit Card Security
All payments are processed via Stripe’s secure payments system to ensure high levels of payment security and are subject to Stripe's terms and conditions.
