No Knead Bread Rolls

This is possibly our most requested recipe ever! 

Remember that yeast is a living product and your dough can be affected by everything from the temperature and humidity in the air to the quality of the batch of flour you use. These however, are almost foolproof.


2 cups warm water
2 tsp dried yeast
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
4 cups flour (high grade is always best for bread)


Add yeast, salt and oil to the warm water and stir. Leave for 5 minutes.

Add flour one cup a time and mix in. Mix well with a spatula until flour is fully incorporated.

Leave somewhere warm until doubled in size then turn out on a floured surface. The dough will be quite wet but try to resist adding too much more flour as this will result in a denser bread.

Cut into shapes and bake for 25 min at 220C.
